The Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies and Research has a fully fledged training & placement cell headed by a qualified & experienced placement officer, to provide in-plant training & industrial visits for all students. Students who successfully complete their courses can register their names with this cell for any assistance in getting a job. The placement cell has networked with premium companies to offer placements to our students.We have also had the opportunity to support research institutions and corporate across the world by developing the industry oriented courses.The library and Internet lab is open on six days of the week (Monday to Saturday) and is closed only on Sundays and public holidays.Our faculty is blend of academicians & experienced professional who enable students in synergizing with the corporate world.The Health Centre extends services to students and staff with the facility of a resident doctor and a round-the-clock ambulance service for medical emergencies.To begin with we have large playground in the campus. With excellent facility for all games – like cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis & badminton etc. we invest in sports equipment to give the best facilities to our students.We are constantly updating our knowledge base and engaging in academic innovation as part of our pedagogical endeavours.Mainly, our college’s motto is to develop student’s career in the field of science, technology and engineering which produces highly talented candidates who can execute for industrial and commercial development of the country and students can accept the challenges and demand for the requirements if needed.College motivates our students to realize their high career expectations through its comprehensive training programmes and various confidence building sessions.We firmly believe that education is the key to a nation’s progress with this; we will take it as our bounded duty to provide the best academic training a student can possibly get.The Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies and Research has its own fleet of buses to transport students & staff to various destinations, seminars, workshops, meetings etc.We have one of the branches of the Bank in the campus with ATM facility. Basketball courts, football ground, throw ball and volleyball courts, a fine cricket pitch and facilities for indoor games like table tennis – all the sports requirements of our students. We also have parking facilities for the secure parking of students’ vehicles.
